Drake has admired Future for so long, he is his #1 fan and was pissed Metro wouldn't allow him on Heroes & Villains.

Drake been angry/sad that Future doesn't FW him at all anymore, that's all it is and you guys should know that cuts deeper than anything for Drake.

He was literally begging Drake even publicly 19-20 for WATTBA 2 and it never happened only for Drake to link with 21 and drop a tape that surpassed the first one. Idk what Metro's problem is, Kendrick always been jealous, but with Future it doesn't make sense outside of Her Loss and taking 21 on tour

I think the beef was actually just Drake vs. Metro, then everyone else -- Future, Kendrick, and Cole just got recruited in.

Drake & Future were still brotherly in early to mid 2022 (Wait For U era).

Then Metro is beefing with Drake towards end of 2022. Metro begins to buddy up with Future, and I think "Her Loss" being released (along with 21 going on tour with him) made Future feel some type of way. Perhaps they were supposed to really do a WATTBA2 and/or go on tour. At that point Future talking s*** about Drake to Metro most likely. Metro prob gassing him tf up and saying Drake is a snake and to cut that relationship.

In 2023 Future/Drake now just completely going sour and at that point Drake also buddying up with Cole. I'm sure something along the lines of Future then linking up with Kendrick, filling him in that he's not cool with Drake anymore, they discussed why, Future prob also told him Drake talks s*** about Kendrick behind closed doors, etc resulted in Kendrick getting looped in.
