Yeah it's a straight to Netflix so these are always hit or miss but I've been intrigued ever since the trailer. Joe Carnahan directing too and of course Damon and Affleck and some other big names (even Jin Sakai from Ghost of Tushima
)

Bout to watch now and see
My boy is wicked ripped
It was aight...good cast and initial set up but 3rd act kind of dips into predictable/generic shootouts and car chase territory and loses some of the intrigue
havent watched a rogan pod in at least a year but ben and matt were great on it today
gonna watch this later tonight
This looks run of the mill
Towards the end it definitely gets that way lol reminds me of Havoc last year with Tom Hardy though not as stylish with the action

Havoc wasn't bad. The average streamer action movie is much worse
solid, very beginning and very end of the movie are very generic and takes away from the movie but was a good watch
Ah man it's one of those movies where they pretend cops are broke and diverse and on the front lines. Got em doing the Fast & Furious cookout
what year is it

The whole stretch at the house is great. You can see how Carnahan pitched this as a "Knives Out" type of joint. A better written whodunnit than most of these guys eek out. Really tense. Cut that to 90 minutes and this is a great movie.
Padding that with Netflix slop holds it back. We don't need the five endings to send off every character. We don't need the generic action. We don't need the woefully out of date characterizations of the feds and law enforcement. We don't even need this to be treated like a meaningful emotional arc.
