I played the singles yesterday and was impressed

Tried getting a slot but didn't see the IG post about it til like 8 hours after it was up so I think they were all out of spots by the time I tried getting a spot

release date got stomped on

My girl actually went (she’s there on vacation) but she had the first timeslot and i guess the album wasn’t even played when she was there. More of like a pop up with food and installations - on IG it looks like Smi came through later at night and played the album

Matinee gets better and better

I remember thinking Blckswn was just okay beside a song or two, and then time passed and I would hear a different song again it suddenly started hitting.

Then Noir came out and I felt it was no where near as good as Blckswn. Then slowly a song or two grew on me, and then another, and another, and now I couldn't pick between the two.

Something about Smino's work just sneaks up on you with how good it is.

Tbh i didnt like 90 proof when it came out, since then its grown on me alot
