Boardwalk Empire is no Sopranos but I'm on the last season now and it def has some good moments

i watched that right after i finished sopranos. i was pleasantly surprised how good it was. im kind of a fanatic when it comes to mob/organized crime type of films, and it made it even better the show had depictions of real figures in the organized crime world during prohibition.

most of the actors nailed their role as well.

im watching rome now, and i think im gonna either try deadwood again or move on to oz. deadwood i just kept falling asleep.

yea im pretty excited. have you seen rome? its pretty great so far, shame it only has 2 seasons due to it being crazy expensive to make each episode. i think i read it costed hbo 1 million per episode to produce

got my uncle, aunt and lil cousins finally to start watching it and they're loving it

i couldnt get past the first 4-5 episodes, nothing really grabbed my attention. i did hear tho that the first handful of episodes are slower and then the show starts picking up steam afterwards. im gonna give it another shot i think.
