Overall first burning hot impression at top of my head: could’ve used some more ubeats, also not fan of Julian shoutings on one or two sections here and there, doesn’t really hit any intensity and comes out of the blue

But it’s one of the most solid Strokes and coherent album for sure

I like the idea of the contrast, and the threatening guitar tone is nice too but the vocal performance really isn’t my cup of tea, altho I appreciate it being there for the sake of making the song stick out
