Keeping perspective — it’s only been a quarter of the season. So it would be kind of foolish to complete the evaluation of Mac for this year right now. That was probably his worst game though (and he had some BAD ones last year).

Also, if you’re not still rooting for him to turn it around during the final 3/4 of the year, you’ve lost your mind. I ask you, who in the world could we realistically get to play QB for us next season that is better than Mac Jones if he reaches his full potential (which I would assume is something similar to Kirk Cousins)? And please do not say Caleb Williams because that’s what every other s***ty team is saying, and they don’t have an elite defense and Belichick as coach (which guarantees there’s no way we are getting one of the top 5 worst records in the league).

Don’t tank for Williams…. Tank for Harrison and draft a qb like Milton in the 2nd

To the people saying mac sucks, what qb is taking this offense on a deep playoff run.

Mac will never be a game changer from what I’ve seen (there’s only 2-3 in the league) but he usually doesn’t make bone head mistakes, keeps it close, and gets it done most of the time.

Let’s not forget he was in that QB room with Tua & hurts. Both of them were criticized and were told they aren’t NFL ready or leaders or arm strength etc. give them quality talent and they produce quality wins.
