Yup. 3 horrible things happened today.

1) We lost the bye.

2) We have to play the team we matchup with worst of all 3 teams we could have played in the wildcard.

3) IF we are able to win the wildcard game, the odds are super low that we'll have any other homes games in the playoffs.

I have no doubt that 2019 Brady and Belichick still have the talent to play a wildcard game, go on the road to face KC, go on the road to face Ravens, and then go to the SB and face either 49ers or Saints

However, with the talent of the rest of the players we have this year? I just don't see it.

I mean I could somehow see a chance of it if we had homefield until the AFC Championship and a bye, but not now.

It would require super-human coaching on Bill's part.

Also, there is definitely no question whatsoever that the biggest reason we lost today is because the players did not come to play. There was no energy or effort. It looked like they forgot this was a game that mattered.

That being said, the talk about this being one of the best defenses of all time needs to stop right now. Every time they've been faced with a legitimate challenge this season they have looked like an average/above average defense.

Bill and Tom have earned the benefit of the doubt tbh, we have a punchers chance in any game as long as those two have a pulse

That wasn't a bad or injured arm intercepted pass like what part fans are saying, no that was a dumb throw Brady has been making (mainly in the endzone) for a couple of years. I think we can beat tennessee next week. I also think we can win in arrowhead but that’ll be very difficult. However, the way we got manhandled by baltimore, I don’t see us beating them.
