i think this is ultimately pretty non controversial tbh
in a different era nobody would view this as a problem or try to frame it as racist

"Beginning this moment, Texas law enforcement officers can arrest any person in the state they believe crossed illegally. And judges can now order people to walk back into Mexico at threat of 20 years in prison if they don't—even if the person has federal permission to be here."
how is this non-controversial
Small town twitter already wyling
The reply 🤢
Ppl shooting immigrants gotta die
Biden's America
Trump’s America*
This is his Supreme Court that allowed a state law to proceed.

if you actually read the bill, it doesn't quite say that
the illegal crossing would be considered a misdemeanor. from what I read, there are quite a few steps in order to extradite them even if convicted

"Art.A2.251.AAENFORCEMENT OF FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW. (a) A peace officer may not stop a motor vehicle or conduct a search of a business or residence solely to enforce a federal law relating to immigrants or immigration, including the federal Immigration and NationalityAct (8U.S.C.Section1101 etseq.),unless the officer is acting:
(1)at the request of, and providing assistance to, an appropriate federal law enforcement officer ;or
(2) under the terms of an agreement between the law enforcement agency employing the officer and the federal government under which the agency receives delegated authority to enforce federal law relating to immigrants or immigration."
(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor,
except that the offense is:
(1) a felony of the third degree if:
(A) the defendant's removal was subsequent to a
conviction for commission of two or more misdemeanors involving
d****, crimes against a person, or both;
(B) the defendant was excluded pursuant to 8
U.S.C. Section 1225(c) because the defendant was excludable under 8
U.S.C. Section 1182(a)(3)(B);
(C) the defendant was removed pursuant to the
provisions of 8 U.S.C. Chapter 12, Subchapter V; or
(D) the defendant was removed pursuant to 8
U.S.C. Section 1231(a)(4)(B); or
(2) a felony of the second degree if the defendant was
removed subsequent to a conviction for the commission of a felony.
(c) For purposes of this section, "removal" includes an
order issued under Article 5B.002, Code of Criminal Procedure, or
any other agreement in which an alien stipulates to removal
pursuant to a criminal proceeding under either federal or state
law.
nothing about sending people to jail for 20 years just for crossing
its not a felony if they aren't a repeat offender
have you seen the conditions the undocumented are placed in?
has Texas topped Arpaio yet?

People shooting anyone should die (unless self defense ofc)

just five days last week, Border Patrol processed nearly 50,000 migrants who entered the U.S. illegally, with daily apprehensions surpassing 10,000 thrice, up from the 6,400 average last month
Where do you want Texas to realistically house them while getting processed ?
This is why you need to crackdown on the border because how is one state supposed to house 50,000 people coming in a week ?
Mfs talking about "facist" not a single country in this world let's in 50k illegal immigrants a week outside the US
