he released a manifesto basically saying the industrial revolution + technology advancements have ruined modern society and caused psychological suffering for those in first world and third world countries, plus physical suffering in third world to accommodate the consumerist needs of those in the first world. he also believed that it took the autonomy out of the humans life and made them feel weak and powerless and suggested that humans have a need for something called the power process. which is basically just our attainment of goals. he proposed that in modern society if you can just follow the rules and have average iq you are basically taken care of from your cradle to your grave.

he also was against modern leftism and said that basically leftists are oversocialised and just virtue signal and that most of what they try to push is already the commonly accepted opinion but they just act like its something outrageous or a hot take
