Drake cited both 50 and Andre as influences.
Etc.Other than that, they influenced different types of rappers. Many street rappers from Schoolboy Q to Freddie Gibbs to Keef to 21 Savage to Polo G to Youngboy to Migos to others cited 50 as an influence.
Alternative and genre bending rappers like Bino, Tyler, Vince, ASAP Rocky, Earthgang, BOB, etc. cited Outkast/Andre as an influence.

It's tricky, like I'd personally value ability over impact but 50's run was insane, I see where you're coming from, I think it says something that pretty much everyone agrees with almost all of the list tho
