Alright so I feel like I am noticing more and more ppl using that delayed "Vice City" flow used in Jay Rock's cult classic album "90059" by infamous collective "Black Hippy"

Now listen I'm not saying they were the first to use the flow, if you can find an earlier example, please share.

If you want a recent example well my example is that one song on Tyler's album, I forget the name, but I feel like I've heard it more idk.
