    Critics LOVED Astroworld for some reason, and while I do enjoy the record, it gets samey samey around the midpoint. Nowhere on this album did I ever feel that vibe and I feel like the sequencing of the songs compliment each other sooooo much better than on Astroworld.

    It’s clear weeknd is just exploring different sub genres of electronic music

    First daft punk then gesafflestein and now opn

    In 2-3 yrs there’ll be another cool producer tht makes him sound fresh again dw

  • First time poster, long time browser.

    Anyway, was checking out some "reviews" for the album and two stood out as interesting to me. The one that was posted earlier, which had a clear SJW agenda. But also, another I just came across, in the form of an op-ed that, apparently, wrote a review based on Disney Stan commentary on Twitter.

    I’m one of the few Cardi fans on KTT my guy lol, but to say her debut is better than this is bit of a stretch don’t you think? Same could be said for the plenty other critic darlings doe tbh

    Only used Cardi as an example cause I knew niggas wouldn’t react, if I were to single out a KTT darling they’d be quick to unleash they twitter fingers on me and I’m not here for the back & forths today my g, so s*** is what it is

    This s*** a 10/10 for me weakest song imo is “Save Your Tears” but it is growing on me. Had this entire album on repeat all day. Will be a true classic one day when it is said and done.
