I've warmed up to the sog, but clearly, The Weeknd's base style (80s pop) does not connect with a US audience the same way a more contemporary Post Malone does.

Its getting annoying that the Weeknd has relied so heavily on 80s synth pop that people call it his base style now
I hope TDIC expands from that sound

what. you are completely wrong
they both can do so much better than this…
idk why they decided to collab over this trash ass beat.

give it a couple of plays
its a grower
it def aint gonna be listenable forever but for now i dont mind it entirely
I like the sound of the song in the beginning with the music but once more music is added, it just sounds generic. Abel, of course, sounds really good but It's almost not a crisp sound with his vocals. Not sure whats going on there. It's not a bad song and will certainly get lots of radio play but not near as good as MTAF.
This song is not doing it for me at all. I was never a huge Post Malone fan so I haven’t listened to a full album but some of his singles were undeniable bangers and catchy as hell. Between this and his first single though I wonder if he already peaked.
Abel’s not on a great stretch either. TMB and Moth to a flame were both better than this but neither were really that great. His features went from being untouchable to a mixed bag.
TMB and MTAF both fire
TMB and MTAF both fire
I liked both but didn’t love em. I’d give them like a 6-7/10.

Both 10/10 you crazy
Generic chords and songwriting. I literally can't tell the difference between Post Malone and Kid Laroi
Song has def grown on me but I’m not gonna be here listening to it on repeat or anything lmao
