No. Thursday night at 9 pm pst or technically Friday 12 am est

But that doesn’t make any sense and that would’ve been announced as January 7 then. If you look at Amazon Music’s Twitter account they specifically say tune in on January 6. They never go by PST when using dates, that’s why album dates are always the Friday of the week even though they come out on Thursday on the west coast
