Damn glad y’all like this, but imma be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever care to spin that again. Like it wasn’t bad at all, just nothing connected with me at all.

I wish I knew why he was in my top 5 artists through Kiss Land and what happened after that, I really wanna love his music again, I just don’t though tbh

That’s the thing with Abel the music is so creative and so much going on every spin gets better. Same with AH. that’s why his music is timeless.

It’s not made for one listen only

It’s already hitting more on Apple Music second listen

  • I loved this first listen. Wish y’all could’ve seen the smile on my face when Quincy interlude transitioned into full blown off the wall grooves on “out of time”. This is a totally different category than his other albums but damn if this grows after first listen the way every one of his last albums did then man, this might be the one

First impressions: OPN stole the show. Album is beautifully produced. Weeknd was on point melody wise throughout.

Compared to After Hours this felt like a much more "get to the point" album with bops throughout which I appreciate a lot. A lot of solid moments.

I was hoping for a big, magnum opus track like the After Hours title track (my favorite weeknd song ever) but we never really got it. Lot of dope transitions that come close though. Too early to say where it ranks but I enjoyed it a lot.

This makes a lot of sense actually
