dawn fm to after hours is what cmiygl is to igor; better and more interesting album compared to slightly above average and somewhat boring pop album that lacks bite

BaneI agree with the highs being better but the lows are way worse than anything here too
The lowest to me of AH (hardest to love and scared to live)are at least more catchy than some songs in here
Gasoline is dark AF btw like disturbing s*** with an upbeat

JeffersonSteelflexIt’s neck and neck for me personally but I’m not mad at this take. Both of these are his best produced albums period along with Kiss Land
ya i agree. i think a lot of it is just preference. i like more range melodically, deep synth progressions, etc, and AH gave us a lot of that. the production on here is good, but a lot more simple when it comes to melodic progression, and a lot lighter. which i know a lot of people in here f*** with more. glad he made his fanbase happy
