I find it funny how niggas are using this Tory album to hate on DawnFM when nobody talked about it when it came out

The ONLY time people bring that album up is when talking about The Weeknd

Also it goes back to what I said before, DAWN’s take on an “80s” sound is different than what Budden/Street niggas are used to if I’m being completely honest.

  • I’m convinced that all these millennials disrespecting this album also don’t f*** with off the wall

He might really be the MJ and Prince combined of his time. You can hear the inspiration from both sides and he is executing it!

Hes carrying the torch. The dude really loves music and half these artists really just dont.

Yeah I think someone posted they did and they just got their number back to them or something? It wasn't anything, apparently..

Damn would've been sick if there was a lil message like he did with kiss land

Listened to a few tracks off that Tory Lanez album and I have to say that it's blasphemous to even compare the two.

It's like comparing matrix resurrections to the original lmao

Can't believe this dude actually made a f***in pop piece of art
A f***in concept album about a radio in a rush hour traffic afterlife with the light at the end of the tunnel, narrated by f***in Jim Carrey
Influenced by 80s synthpop, with only a select group of producers, no random dudes
He f***ing made a proper ALBUM with an intro and an outro, not f***ing 20 plus tracks streaming fodder that makes no sense with tracklisting
As one of the biggest pop stars
In f***ing 2022, in the streaming era
I really did not see this coming
    F***ing props

It sounds like it's trying to make the 80s sound appeal to the current generation instead of fully embracing it, feels kinda like a parody
