“I went to itunes and play the 90 second snippet and first I played this…. then i played this….. then I played this…”
he too poor for a streaming service?
this site hates when artists properly cross over regardless of the quality of the music
People want their favorite artists to struggle and be under appreciated because that is what they can relate to the most because of their own lives may be like that, perhaps. It is for many people, no shame.
They might also think or believe they know what great music is, that not many people be knowing about. That it makes them feel better about themselves.
It just has more to with their own insecurities more than anything else.
They the same ones that said Blonde isn’t good because of the lack of drums. Their opinion is irrelevant
they aint really listen to that s*** lmaoo aint no way
I think they changed opinions after time passed tho

They don’t listen to s*** man they just said on the pod they listened to 90 second iTunes previews
My main thought about this album is that while he’s become one of the biggest artist in the world he continues to create a experience. He could easily just drop a album of generic singles & still run the charts but he makes a cohesive album that tells a story through music, videos even performances.
Truly the goat. Glad to be alive while he’s going.
yeah I still appreciate that I just wish the sound was more interesting to me
Joe budden and them gotta be the most out of touch dudes on earth

I went and listened to it
I'm going to physically force myseof to listen let's see how long I last

you wish it was more black sounding rnb type of thing... whats wrong with 80's white music ? that wave back then changed music landscape. not abels fault u didnt expand on it just because you seperate black music from white
thats your problem
Jim was spittin
Who’d have thought Jim Carrey was gonna be a highlight of the album like that? Honestly he’s one of my favorite parts with how he executed.

Can't find it. Something saving me? Lol
@Undisclosed My brother, it aint worth arguing with those folks in that thread. Don't give em the satisfaction

In this video Budden says that:
• Kaleidoscope Dream is better than every Frank project besides nostalgia, Ultra (:09)
• Blonde, the “one without drums”, is trash (1:10), then tries to backpedal on the statement after Ak and Nadeska strongly disagree with him
His opinion on music is completely irrelevant and I’m not surprised to hear that he genuinely thinks that Tory’s album is better than Dawn
