I think when we got the first album details, “Quincy Jones meets Giorgio Moroder meets the best-night-of-your-fucking-life party records.” The radio concept wasn’t fully conceptualized yet therefore why the album wasn’t 100% finished. But I definitely think he’s had the idea for awhile
