Odd, Sacrifice hasn't really clicked for me. I'm not seeing what y'all see

I think what I love the most about this project is that it shows that the album format is not dead at all when it comes to mainstream audiences. If an album is good enough, people will listen to it all the way through and they will see it as a true work of art. That is very very rare in this day in age

F*** Abel though. Even his regular talking voice is way better than my singing voice. I don’t get it.

it just gives me late 70s/early 80s post-punk/new wave vibes. If you're familiar with that era in music and how singers would basically just talk over beats, it makes sense
