they do mean sth. he is a popstar and makes pop music. he came off one of the biggest albums of the century + superbowl and he delivered a bad rollout with god awful strategy with no CDs, he said he doesnt care but then they discounted everything and started panicking this is not a good look for him

i lowkey just went back to my regular listens. i think i was so hype the first few days since it's the first weeknd release in years that i really enjoy.

it's a really dope and well-made album but i don't see it being in rotation all the time like my yearly favorites usually are

He literally said before the album dropped he was dropping it to ease the pain of the times were in. Obviously sales are important for a artist of his fame but we can make exceptions sometimes.
