emoceanI've literally been in exactly your position brother. It gets easier. What helped the most with me (and my situation is kinda unique bc me and the girl have been legit really close friends for almost a decade) was telling her about how I felt with absolutely zero expectations of reciprocation. I knew she was really serious with the guy she ended up marrying so I decided to get the feelings off my chest just so I wouldn't have to take that s*** to the grave. I knew the friendship couldn't survive with that secret between us. And she was actually really empathetic and we worked through it and have been able to stay close friends. I've gotten over it and I'm legit happy for her now, she has a baby and everything. Idk if it's possible for you to tell her how you feel but that really helped for me, even though I knew there was no chance.
I'll figure something out. I guarantee you that'll happen to me.

i love the place it sits on the album,the instrumental sounds like such a hopeful,positive moment and gives the album a little bit of a room to breathe if that makes sense.

I feel you 100%. I was just offering bc I've had such a similar experience. I'm not tryna be corny or anything but the only thing that's gonna make you feel truly better is time. in my experience, telling her would be a massive weight off your shoulders though. it's not even about a what-if at this point it's just about protecting your own psyche from the damage of taking it to the grave. bottling that up isn't good for you.
