Definitely agree with @kiddash3r
It’s a good idea but I think it would be a better experience if we kept everything tour related itt. As long as any spoilers get marked with warnings it’s best to just keep it all in one place

I think any like outside videos of him singing no matter the song (diff arrangements, vocal lines, etc) should be spoiler marked. Ofc if there are any hard setlist leaks those should be marked as well.

I suggest a dedicated thread. This thread has ~3400 pages, and 85k replies. Plus it's a general, album thread, so it would be one "tour/spoiler" post, then 8 or 18 album related discussion posts, then another or two tour/spoilers.
I don't worry much if it gets traction or not. Whoever cares for that stuff, will have a one place stop to find the footage (unlike above case where they would have to take on a Sisyphus task of skimming through hundreds posts lmao). Whoever doesn't, can pleasantly avoid the dedicated thread, plus as a bonus, won't have to worry of being spoiled while scrolling the album thread (this here)
