A case I remember and I can use as example, Tokio Hotel's "By Your Side"They were in the height of their career, and it user to be something the big artists used to do. This supercut thing. A bit cheesy, but in a harmless way, also kinda nice if done right. Celebrating the years in the music-making.

RCLampShould I call them or email them? I’ve tried tickrtmaster customer support before and they’ve usually been horrible. Also I copped these with the past purchaser presale and I heard you can’t exchange those but not sure if that’s true or not.
I would call if you can. The chat support can be unreliable, one time they did it within a couple hours another time they were taking 24 hours to respond to each message
