    i genuinely feel that this album just conveys a feeling that none of his others albums do. its so hard to explain but it feels like an etheral melancholic bright fantasy world in an underground nightclub. thats just a random mashup of words but its the only way i can describe it lol

    is there someone else - starry eyes is a perfect respresentation of this feeling

    I personally feel like Abel should have just made ITSE and Starry Eyes one song. They’re both very obviously meant to be connected with each other. The synths from ITSE literally play throughout the first half of Starry Eyes so I don’t get why he decided to cut them up.

    abel is f***ing insane for what he did on Sacrifice. like how do you even make a song like that???? i just know the vibes in the studio were immaculate when that song was made.

    The rap singing was definitely not something I expected from the song... Kind of gave me the feel of MJ's Blood On The Dancefloor when that part kicked in... Now that I think about it... He kind of experimened more with his voice on Dawn, we also had Gasoline and Don't Break My Heart which experimented with a deeper New Wave vocal. We need more of it
