I don’t know if it’s because I’m getting older or if I just have too many bad memories tied to it but there are more and more songs on Trilogy each year that just do not hit me the same anymore..
After Hours was the breath of fresh air I felt like I needed with Abel’s music, everything was executed perfectly.
A masterclass fusion of the shallow, twisted, melancholy sound/tone in Trilogy and the gleaming, echoing, dark tunnel of emotions I feel from Kissland.
I don’t think he will ever top it for me personally
