Pyramids is my s***. There are just skippable tracks in all of his projects. I don’t feel the same way with trilogy. This debate proves that we have a deep mainstream singles bias. Wouldn't be a debate if Weeknd wasn't commercially huge with hit singles vs Frank who isn't.

Frank Kanye and Prince make/made amazing music

You can tell there's a bit of a formula with Weeknd Drake and MJ in the making of their respective art

Doesn't make one side better than the other, its just that one side is more about expressing themselves and pushing themselves as artists

The other side is about making great sounding songs that are easily digestible but just unique enough to seperate themselves from the rest of the people who just make songs
