Crazy how this season still might be my favorite despite the slightly disappointing ending

The other seasons didnt have me invested like I was here. Neither on a character or thematic level

i think that was a reference to how having money can change your priorities, because that scene at the end mirrored the scene she had with tanya in s1

except she is the tanya in the situation now, like some weird full circle moment

interesting cos this is the first season i couldnt give two s***s about any of the characters lmao

Maybe but they just met and no promises were ever made lol. They barely even talked about it actually, he only brought it up once the day after they had sex. Her mind was already locked on the Greg situation.

Its not like P***chai had typed up a whole business proposal like Belinda in S1, i see the similarities but its not as closely paralleled as I’m seeing people claim imo

I’m more interested in the spiritual politics of S3 as opposed to the wealth and s***politics of S1 and 2 so i think thats where my interest lies. If we got the Ratliffs in S1 or Rick and Chlesea in S2 their stories would probably be different in a way that would make me care less

The “he’s your father” reveal has to be some of the worst writing I’ve seen in TV in quite a while. Literally felt like it was out of a different show

I liked the gooner son staying in Hawaii though. His plot was nice and actually resembled some of the S3 stuff that i like.

Getting some closure on the Lochley arc similar to that wouldve been nice but I’m actually good with what we got. I like the ambiguity and just being left with this parallel + Tim’s final moments. I feel like less is more here.

That’s what I’m saying. It was so predictable a child could’ve guessed that.

It’s extremely cheap and ridiculous. It’s the type of twist that an amateur would come up with

And to try to save it for the big reveal they have ppl like the dad do amd say things that make zero sense in context "durrrr ur mums a s*** and your dad was a piece of s*** too durrhurrrr, henchmen go kill my b****** son"

I think recycling twist should be banned.

No more “it was all in his head”

No more “surprise the main character is actually dead”

And no more “ahaaa I’m your parent”

If you wanna run with this twist, say it in a very subtle way, hint at it, don’t just flat out say it because it’s too cliche at this point.

More reason why it shouldn’t be done

It’s crazy how simply removing “HES YOUR FATHER” removes a lot of the stupidity that came before it.
