I’ve only watched 2 episodes so far, but it’s good. My only Witcher knowledge is Witcher 3, but I feel like it’s enjoyable regardless. Idk how accurate it is in regards to the books tho.

could definitely be more polished in some areas but it's the first season so I can forgive that, I'm already invested in the second season.

I'd only be concerned if they don't improve upon this next season. The characters are established now, the plot is moving forward. Plenty of interesting directions where they could go.

The first episode didnt really grab me, for some reason. I couldnt find myself interested in any of the characters. Also, visually the color grading looks very dull and lifeless.

I havent played any of the games either but i guess was hinted when renfri said queen of calanthe just won her first battle at hazelbuche or something like that and thats also mentioned in ciris storyline.

First episode was decent and second is very boring so far, overall doesnt seem like a great show and for comparisons sake the last kingdom was much better for a show with somewhat similar themes.
