I was just thinking, after watching that amateur Drake doc (30 mins on YouTube), that once his official doc shows on HBO or Netflix, he will be given all his flowers. There won’t be a single person who can’t give him his flowers, if Theo makes it the way he’s capable of making it.

Is it possible they release the doc with this album? Or do you see it coming further towards the end of his career? I feel like this year was a great year for Theo to finish the doc, as well as all that incredible footage they got from that last tour.

I was expecting him to drop it heaps further in the future but wouldn’t be bad to drop it with the album especially cause he been teasing his others maybe he was waiting on receiving that AOTD award but that didn’t happen

I think this HBO / Netflix style one will happen but when the run is over or wayy into the future as some 10-parter like The Last Dance. They already dropped that Feel No Ways clip on the Views anniversary so Theo has clips on clips in the stash. Also the way they shot that with the shot of the house then going inside the studio to see Drake recording the Song makes me think the doc will deffo happen.
