So last night a Drake and Central Cee song titled "Triumph Tower" leaked online which seems to be from post Her Loss / pre FATD.

This song, along with a song by singer BEAM (Tyshane Thompson) that was recorded as a reference for Drake were leaked by producer Dim_crux on Instagram.

I saw that Dim_crux has worked wirh BEAM in past, specifically on the song PU$$Y DREAM that he produced -

Additionally, @unfortunatetruth pointed out that "Triumph Tower" shares lyrics with the song "3STAR" by wolfacejoeyy -

I checked the song credits for the Wolfacejoeyy song and saw that BEAM had writing credits on that record -

We also know Wolfacejoeyy and BEAM have a working relationship, having collaborated on other records.

MY THEORY

BEAM sent Drake references around 2022-2023, and Drake used some of BEAM's writing on "Triumph Tower" with Central Cee.

Fast forward to 2025, and as Drake ultimately didn't release the record, BEAM gave the lyrics to Wolfacejoeyy

BEAM and friend/co-worker Dim_Crux had a falling out, and out of spite Dim leaked a Drake record BEAM wrote on (Triumph Tower) and a reference BEAM made for Drake. Dim_Crux may have produced on Triumph Tower as well.

A reference, or writing on a record is definitley a spectrum, can mean alot of different things.

And a record being submitted as a reference doesn't mean it will actually be chosen to cut too.

Thoughts on the WolfaceJoey song BEAM wrote on sharing lyrics with Triumph Tower though? The producer leaked 2 songs

• a Drake feat. Central Cee song which shares lyrics with a released song that it is confirmed BEAM wrote on
• a BEAM song recorded as a reference for Drake, unknown if Drake used it

I'm not surprised. Drake's always borrowed a line or 2 from other rappers. If he didn't we wouldn't have songs like SFTB or Feel No Ways. I think he could've transformed it more tho but it is what it is. It's not an earth shattering revelation, now if a Beam reference for 8AM In Charlotte or Family Matters leaked with some lyrics that'd be a different story
