deepsleepreally enjoyed it but wasn't blowing me away like daytona and ksg did.
and i think it wasn't 100% teyanas vision on that album tooand tbf kanye says a lot of things
daytona and ksg def the standout albums from the wyoming era for me.
Liked KTSE the most from the beginning, and still do. I like all 5 albums though.

These verses from Ye are among the best of his career. Cudi came through in the clutch with some dope verses as well. Artwork is A1. I really don’t understand the hate from this album unless it’s some senseless stan s***.

May 30, 2020People complain about the lack of innovation in hip hop and that theyre tired of the same 808s and hi hats and no subtance lyrics, but then when an album like KSG comes out, a rap album with elements of psychedelic rock and themes of mental illness, rebirth and redemption, incorporates supernatural imagery, has different drum patterns and original ideas they disregard it as mid.

I don't understand either. Maybe the ones who dont like it simply dont like the psychedelic rock sound? If you like MBDTF, yeezus, or 808s, I dont understand how you can't appreciate this album. A perfect blend of Cudi and Kanye with soulful crooning, great verses, trippy production, has a message and a theme, no artist outshines the other and they have great chemistry. My only complaint is I wish it had 2 or 3 more songs.
