i mean that whole jump from the previous gen to the ps2 gen was a big game changer for the industry

FFX and FFX-2 were my childhood ahh the nostalgia

Its why its the best selling console till this day classic

i remember as a kid just having my mind blown every few months because of how graphics progressed, lil me thought n64/ps1 was the absolute peak of realistic graphics

When they came out with the sweat on NBA Live 06 iirc, I didn’t think graphics could get any better

recently copped a gamecube with the homies and got some classics thinking this about to be a blast. we were stunned at how horrible the graphics were bruh still had fun but dam it was so much worse than we remembered

At least the RE1 remake still looks good

I’m assuming the real peak is graphics that look deadass like real life

FF7 Remake is a good starting point imo. If you like that one, you can try 10 or OG 7 and go from there
