oh yes definitely not necessarily normal but a therapist can help you get the best idea of this. It could be a combination of many things from nutrition to mental health to possibly this yes . I am saying if you have health care and can see a mental professional do so.

Is this recognized in the DSM? Seems legit but I don’t recall ever seeing it there, and that’s the only thing that really matters.
