1hour presentation from Russel Barkley, stating that 1/3 of people with ADHD-I actually have SCT instead and the symptoms manifest differently compared to traditional ADHD.

    Some of the symptoms include:

    • Excessive Daydreaming
    • Easily confused or brain fog
    • Takes longer to grasp information and fails to process them as accurately
    • Gets lost in thoughts
    • Slow/lethargic in general, aka underactive
    • Socially withdrawn

Some of these symptoms hit home personally, and possibly have a mix of both for all I know

I want people to be brave enough to see therapist rather than going to google to self diagnose themselves. Because many of these things are just part of the human condition

It’s clearly not “normal” if constantly occurring to the point it’s affecting your life

oh yes definitely not necessarily normal but a therapist can help you get the best idea of this. It could be a combination of many things from nutrition to mental health to possibly this yes . I am saying if you have health care and can see a mental professional do so.

Is this recognized in the DSM? Seems legit but I don’t recall ever seeing it there, and that’s the only thing that really matters.

The DSM had homosexuality as mental illness

  • Sometimes when I am thinking about something I think my thoughts out loud. It seems like I'm talking to myself. Am I a schizo?

I asked chat gpt about it but that b**** refuses to give me answer
