So you’re saying the police are always right even when they lie
Do you not see That’s the problem as well?

If the Bf shot first, then it's his fault. He should be held accountable as well if Police are charged. She's the only victim.

Was there not a body cam at all in this case?

Thats the point. There is no accountability on actions committed by law enforcement. Thats why we protest.

As much as they can argue they were simply following protocol, Im sure lawyers can use the fact that they told the ambulance that was on standby to leave as an in for recklessness. And from there I hope with all my heart they can mount a compelling case.

He protected his home from a perceived intruder with a weapon he had a license for. How is that his fault?

in reality the BF was right by protecting his home. Legally, the officers had the right to fire back at the door that they we're getting shot from. Now the no knock s*** is the root cause of the grave error in the Killing of Breonna. Hence no knock raids being banned in that state

  • Sep 21, 2020

So just cause an Ex you keep in contact is a d*** dealer you deserve to have your home raided and to be shot dead?

No that’s not what should have happened. What kinda f***ing mentality is that

Its understandable if the BF didnt hear the cops outside, which is fair because it was the middle of the night i believe. (im assuming this is why the BF charges were dropped for shooting the cop) However, the cops arent the problem here. Its was the janky ass no knock warrant.... that has not been banned.

That law will protect the cops from being arrested.

the cops killed her because they wanted to kill somebody and knew there would be no repercussions for killing a young black woman. there was no reason to serve a warrant past midnight, break down her door, or shoot after being shot at. they should have retreated after hearing gunshots, they should have rang the f***ing doorbell, and they should have waited for confirmation that their identification was understood.

also all these closeted racists saying the boyfriend should be charged are the same a******s who defend a 17 year old boy bringing an assault rifle to a protest in another state in the name of "self defense" but have a problem with a black man being legally armed and defending himself from somebody entering his house violently

He shot blindly through the door toward a noise outside. Even if you are a legal gun owner, that is not how you handle a gun for home defense.

“After the police broke the door off its hinges, Mr. Walker fired his gun once, striking Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly in a thigh”

Please read the article first. Cuz if theres anybody firing shots blindly, its Detective Brett Hankison, “...who has since been fired, shot 10 rounds blindly into the apartment”
