How is it a reach? Crowder got surgery to align himself closer to masculine ideals. How is that different from a trans man getting top surgery besides what gender they were assigned at birth?

It’s a reach because the literal definition of gender affirming care specifically mentions that it’s for trans/non-binary people. An elective surgery isn’t automatically a gender affirming one.

Elective just means that a surgery isn’t an emergency. There are cancer related elective surgeries
