In general
Bad weed (low quality) will leave you feeling a little groggy once the high is over

Whereas when you smoke higher quality weed the high sort of fades away as you sober up and you don’t feel as slumped

There are other effects, like migraines and stuff after a come down that doesn’t happen as much with good weed

I’m not saying that there aren’t distinct strains, but it’s really pretty low variance chemically. Most of the names and claims about different effects is nonsense pushed by dispensaries. Most of the weed being sold is hybrids that have been crossed a bunch of times and they don’t really know what they’re selling you. There have been studies that show that strain names have little correlation with genetic identity.
