Just seen akademiks post this guy Chino Pacas, and Drake even reposted him to his story. You see I’m no latin music expert myself so if I’m wrong feel free to educate me, but doesn’t this sound like a blatant peso pluma bite?

    This is modern music discourse.

Someone who is knowingly ignorant about a music genre claims an artist (who reached massive popularity before the “cloned artist”, mind you) is copying someone else in a genre that originated in the mid 1800s, and throwing Drake’s name into it - all in an effort to get folks into the thread. Something a three second Google search would’ve prevented.

This thread title is nasty work, @op.

boohoo it’s not like I lied or baited anyone into the thread i raised a question and started a discussion, just because he had songs before peso pluma blew up doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t bite him u had drake biting x in 2017 and rocky biting carti in 2018

Maximus you are not alone, I just heard "Que Onda" today and at first I fully thought Chino Pacas was Peso Pluma. They both have a sort of scratchy, youthful timbre to their voices.

It probably doesn't help that "Que Onda" is structured and sounds very similar to "Ella Baila Sola", far beyond the fact that they're both of the same style of music.
