I think owning certain fish should require permits.

The sale of certain species in the aquarium trade should outright be banned.

I think that goes for a lot of animal trade tbh, south Florida's waterways are f***ed by invasive species.

And fish abuse in the aquarium industry is rampant.

People should not have the ability to casually buy a fish that gets 3+ feet long, they end up going in tanks too small and essential dying in their own excrement, or being released into waterways.
