Actually, idk. I don't get mad very often and when I do, usually I'm mad at someone and it's in the moment so we can argue right there. I almost never yell, I don't need to. I naturally speak pretty loud lmao. But if it's something I'm mad about and can't express it at that moment, I usually rant to one of my friends. I do the hard breathing/sigh thing and move on until I have time to reflect and lt it all out.
I should try painting or writing in a journal. Small activities like that could help in those situations.
