    For example whenever my parents are fighting downstairs or talking bad about me I'd slam my room door couple of times or stomp my foot on the floor when going through the stairs

    I tend to bounce my leg if i'm sitting or if i'm standing i'll start having uncontrollable finger spasms lol very obvious to tell when i'm mad

    Actually, idk. I don't get mad very often and when I do, usually I'm mad at someone and it's in the moment so we can argue right there. I almost never yell, I don't need to. I naturally speak pretty loud lmao. But if it's something I'm mad about and can't express it at that moment, I usually rant to one of my friends. I do the hard breathing/sigh thing and move on until I have time to reflect and lt it all out.

    I should try painting or writing in a journal. Small activities like that could help in those situations.
