so im a really skinny guy and i workout almost everyday
ive been trying to bulk up this whole time but ive had really bad issues these past few weeks
basically ill workout, eat dinner, and drink my protein shake an hour after dinner and ive been able to finish my shake but i almost always throw it up
i don’t know if my stomach just can’t handle it or what i try my hardest not to throw it up but mentally its hard not to when i feel that full

Maybe ur just eating too much, or maybe space it out more.
It should be known tho that at a certain point, increasing protein intake has no effect on muscle growth.
I think the recommended is just .8 g of protein for every lb. It might be less

i get prob around 2500 cals a day if i actually finish my shake
