This album is raw asf but speaking of this, I'm surprised Redemption didn't land that well with rap fans. It's got some really great songs on there (Wow Freestyle, the title track, OSOM, ES Tales, Tap Out) and had two pretty large hits with King's Dead and WIN both on there but it never got any lasting love.

redemption was aite. i think there's some really good tracks on it but to me it lacks the overall impact/cohesion sonically of 90059

It was a dope album. "Follow Me Home" is still Jay Rock's best work though.
Jay Rock needs to bounce back from that abysmal project that was "Redemption". I have faith that he can.
