seriously, is all you have to do as a white rapper just not be a total cornball to get some sort of success?

this First Class song pretty much banks on being carried by the Fergie sample but he couldnt even make a good hook from it, he just gives up on riffing on the glamorous spelling before its even fully spelled out its not even remotely catchy.

not to mention those corny ass pianos and synth stabs and jack himself sounding bored af. this is a #1 now? who’s listening to this?
