update: I'm talking to them over the phone, they told me they never shared my photos and the person who said they shared my photos is lying. I don't have any proof besides what he said she said. I don't know who to trust or who to believe. if it comes out that the guy was lying bout this guy sharing my nudes, I'm never speaking to them again :--( this is some s*** you don't lie about. then the smartest thing would be to call your crush and ask him

for example, the perpetrator might be talking to your crush asking him to keep the story straight so that he, the perpetrator, does not look bad

so far this case probably hasn't entered into the realm of crime yet, just immoral stuff:

1) be sure to take enough screenshots, if you're in a one-party-consent state you can also record calls

2) be sure to keep the original image somewhere stored securely and reverse image search it periodically (don't overdo it)

3) remember that you have the copyright to your image so you can use a DMCA copyright takedown form to get the image removed from any websites, cease & desist

4) inform yourself on the revenge p*** legislation in your jurisdiction, you might have a criminal case too, especially if it leaks to the public

other than that all you can do right now is just talk to the two guys and remind them politely but forcefully that spreading the images can lead to severe legal repercussions for them
