I feel like whenever he speaks truth (which is a lot) it gets ignored. In this interview he talks about the capitalist nature of most businesses and how class and race have become intertwined. He goes in depth about how black artists whether they are involved in fashion or music are limited in their opportunities and are dependent on larger white owned corporations. He also talks about how he felt that yeezus didn’t gain radio play because it wasn’t accessible to most ears and how he didn’t want it to be that way and that it wasn’t played on radios because of its social statements
Why do you think the song Niggas in Paris is called Niggas in Paris.....CAUSE NIGGAS WAS IN PARIS
but kanye shook hands with trump ! He's crazy and a coon
maybe if people took him serious enough when he was making sense we wouldn’t be in this predicament now

But whenever you explain why he did it the people who say this s*** go silent
maybe if people took him serious enough when he was making sense we wouldn’t be in this predicament now
He still makes sense the hardcore Christianity has just diluted some of his messages along with his struggle with mental illness
I'll be honest, if that paragraph is what you just learned from this interview, you should be reading a lot more and learning from places other than Kanye interviews
You learned that businesses are capitalist and systemic racism exists
Also, your last sentence literally contradicts itself. Did it not gain radio play because it wasn't accessible to most ears or because of the social statements?
"which is a lot"
he’s always ahead of his time
People roast him when he says s*** in interviews then 5 years later he’s praised for em
I remember the Yeezus breakfast club interview
People said he was nuts
Now it’s a classic interview because everything he said came true
Critics calling yeezus good was the beginning of the end for him
I see what you’re saying, but i think Pablo makes more sense. Yeezus actually was still very good. I think Pablo showed the beginning of a decline in focus.
