He started off with a strong formula and started experimenting too much imo he could have went longer with the LLA sound

Rocky is so overhated on ktt man, yeah Testing rollout was trash and the project didn’t live up to the expectations but it’s still was mostly good music. Y’all talking like Rocky been dropping trash for the last 5 years and he gave us mostly great music and features

overhated but most criticism on here is valid.

sad to say, but when yams died it became clear he was more than just a manager/influencer. he really had a vision for the mob and they couldn't see it through.

that's why everything after ALLA just doesn't have the same impact regardless of musical content. unless rocky or ferg were to make a 9/10 project, they were never gonna make waves like they did when yams die

Half of Rocky fans want him to go back to the old LLA sound half of y’all say he’s been making the same music for 9 years when he just released a whole album that explicitly wanted nothing to do with his previous career

any discourse about rocky’s music on ktt is the most unorganized brain dead discourse on this site cuz nobody has an opinion that makes sense because y’all flip flop between saying that his old stuff was stale and that you didn’t like any of the new stuff he makes

what was testing? an effort to branch his sound; which was hated on by the general public. now that he goes back to his original sound for a video game soundtrack, the narrative is that he needs to evolve and has been making the same song over and over for 6 years. makes sense.
