Goat Wu-Tang Member is Ghostface and he’s a top 15 rapper imo

Goat NWA rapper is Cube obviously and I got him at 11, just outside of these guys but as I’ve said before he could easily be interchangeable with someone from the list.

Lil Kim and Missy are too 5 female rappers but they are not as skilled or successful as anyone on the list

Busta has no classics

X another one that’s close like cube but my calculations these guys edge him out

Snoop really only has one classic that is universally appreciated. He has other good albums but Doggystyle really the one with a classic legacy. All these guys have multiple projects in classic contention. And let’s keep it a bean, he don’t want smoke with anyone on this list lyrically

For a few reasons

Andre and Big Boi share their success as Outkast so they are definitely on equal footing there but a lot of what makes Andre legacy top 10 worthy doesn’t have anything to do with Big Boi

First Andre is universally recognized as an elite rapper skill wise who can stand toe to toe with the greats bar for bar flow for flow. Big Boi is skilled as well but he’s not respected on that level of skill. At least not universally. Hardcore Kast fans may disagree but they are in the minority.

2nd a good portion of the outkast aesthetic and originality came from Andre having a personal spiritual awakening. Big Boi supported him and evolved with him but if Andre didn’t expand his mind they would’ve been rocking Braves Jerseys they whole career like they were on Southernplaya. When people think Outkast one of the first things they think of is their eclectic style and genre blending musicality. That was mostly the genius of Andre.

3rd Andre has influenced countless MCs to be more open to embracing their uniqueness, Big Boi has influenced some from a rap standpoint for sure but Andre’s influence is way more apparent

Lastly Andre’s catalog of legendary solo features is a big part of his legacy as well which again doesn’t really have anything to do with Big Boi

Just the way I see it, no disrespect to Big Boi, he def a legend in his own right
