    Cant pick

I feel that if anyone exclusively listens to one genre they could be missing out

But also it's their music taste so if that makes them happy why would I or anyone else care

this is real, think i'mma track back and adopt this instead

i didn't know any of these groups, i'm listening to Islands by the Mary Onettes now and it's pretty dope. i'm gonna add the others to a playlist and check em out later.

Oh, by the way you mentioned Swedes specifically I assumed you listened to this type of music.

So much good music out there that people stuck in a hip hop box don’t get to experience, makes me so sad

That’s why hip hop is so stale lately, everyone tryna do it when they got no business doing it, or no real love or study of the culture

    But yes, classic amazing song

lol i used to, from 07-11 the FIFA soundtracks were littered with indie pop. like listening to the Mary Onettes, i thought this would fit on those old FIFA soundtracks.

i guess every Swedish artist i've come across i've loved, Seinabo Sey, PB and J, Lykke Li, Robyn, Tove Lo etc. every time they make music, they create a notable distinction between what they're doing and everyone else, it's cool.

like just look at how Yung Lean and the
rest of the Sadboys approached hip hop.

Why can’t we appreciate good non hip hop music without putting down people who listen to hip hop primarily.

I keep forgetting artists like Lykke Li, Robyn and Tove Lo were coined as "indie" despite being in the mainstream. Only reason I brought up those other indie artists is because they sound like Belle and Sebastian rather than Lana Del Rey, but publications linked all those sounds together regardless of how they sounded lol.

That scene of Scandinavians in late 00s/early 10s pop was something else Sigrid, Seinabo Sey, Röyksopp, The Knife, MØ, Anna of the North, Little Dragon, Tallest Man on Earth, etc.

and yeah fifa soundtrack back then was clutch only owned one game tho and they played s*** like Killers and Interpol
