So I’m watching that Obama doc on HBO and they’re talking about when Jeremiah Wright started becoming a big thing in the primary campaign, and playing all the clips of his sermons that were played on the news, and I’m feeling like…what’s the problem? Dudes talking nothing but straight facts

I was young when this happened back in 08, so I didn’t really examine the sermon clips, but now it just seems like the stupidest “scandal” ever to me.
