It's being researched as a very effective treatment for depression and anxiety disorders; I believe you can find studies on pubmed and other medical resource sites.

But it is a dissociative at high doses.. very few scarier feelings than that IMO, but I guess some people like it given how popular K is

I only did coke once so the chances I do K are extremely reduced.

I’m good with moderate alcohol, weed and LSD consumption.
